I've done exactly as shown and it does work... but i can't make a gear constraint out of two of those...! How should i do it?

Insert > Features > FlexUnder Flex Input, select Bodies for Flex and choose Twisting, then set Angle to 15deg. Set Plane 1 trimming distance at 10mm under Trim Plane 1 dialog box. Click OK

how do you make the last part where you twist the gear at an angle. What options should i use? at 2.17min.

it's called "flex", and it's found in insert>features>flex. click on the body you'd like to flex, and change the angle. just that easy.
